    This position is responsible for installing equipment at company locations. Maintain the day-to-day operation of company property at the direction of the Call Center.  Complete work orders and inventory cycle counts as directed.  Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, City, State and Federal guidelines.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Be knowledgeable about all products and services offered by company.
    • Clean and maintain equipment assigned to position.
    • Operate in a safe manner at all times according to company safety procedures.
    • Communicate any issues as they relate to safety or efficiencies to supervisor for both trucks and equipment.
    • Support and understand company policies and procedures.
    • Work as part of a crew during installation of petroleum handling equipment and associated equipment at company locations following direction of more experienced personnel.
    • Conduct minimal service work on equipment with supervision as directed by the Call Center.
    • Small equipment repair.
    • Car wash repair.
    • Power washing and manual cleaning with chemicals.
    • Painting, indoors and outdoors, as required.
    • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as directed.
    • Perform after-hours emergency service as scheduled.
    • Troubleshoot, Diagnose and repair system and equipment issues as assigned.
    • Maintain inventory of parts and equipment.
    • Responsible for maintaining truck and equipment in a neat and clean condition.
    • Know and adhere to company policies and procedures.
    • Follow posted work schedule, and adhere to proper clocking procedures to accurately reflect hours worked.
    • Maintain timely and professional communication with management, employees, vendors and customers. Keep supervisor informed of any problems and/or any issues that need attention.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
    • Valid driver’s license required, CDL a plus.
    • Ability to troubleshoot.
    • Training and/or experience in truck and equipment maintenance.
    • Basic plumbing skills preferred.
    • Basic electrical knowledge preferred.
    • General carpentry skills preferred.
    • Must be able to work under timelines and pressure.
    • Requires physical strength and dexterity to walk, stand, bend, climb, reach, stoop, twist and lift/carry 100 pounds and capacity to work more than 20 feet above the ground with the aid of a ladder, lift or bucket truck.
    • Vision, hearing, speech and ability to detect odors are essential.
    • Job requires contact with hazardous materials, driving and working in adverse weather conditions.
    • Work scheduled overtime and be available for on-call rotation for emergency overtime when the need arises by responding to overtime call outs before and after standard scheduled hours of work. Overnight travel will be required.
    • Must meet Company requirements, including successful background and MVR check, and drug test.
    • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the English language to communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
