    The primary function of this job is to ensure that all transactions from the Petro-Card 24 unattended fueling sites are current and accurate.  Issue proprietary credit cards to customers.  Provide field support when they are having issues with the Fiscal systems.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that sales transactions are uploading to the Fiscal portal promptly, and if not, troubleshoot to find out why they are not and take the necessary steps to correct the issue.
    • Upload Petro-Card sales to E1 at a minimum of daily.
    • Submit changes/updates to the systems located in the field via the Fiscal Auto Task system and follow up to see that the changes were made and are accurate.
    • Run pump status report twice daily to ensure pumps are not down. Ensure proper notation of pumps that are remaining inactive and why.
    • Process Petro-Card applications and card orders to ensure accurate selection of account number, ship to number, card number, PIN, tax code, fuel requirements, and options are accurate, and enter the data in Petro-Card Creation to make the cards.
    • Mail Petro-Cards on a timely basis.
    • Receive incoming phone calls & emails, and assist in satisfying routine requests.
    • Maintain filing systems to facilitate prompt referral to information as needed. Purge files as directed by supervisor.
    • Assist and participate in end of month processes to ensure accurate and timely closing of sales and inventory.
    • Document and follow department processes and procedures.
    • Follow posted work schedule, and adhere to proper clocking procedures to accurately reflect hours worked.
    • Maintain good working relationship with all employees.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Know and adhere to company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain timely and professional communication with management, employees, vendors and customers. Keep supervisor informed of any problems and/or any issues that need attention.
    • Other duties as assigned

    Job Requirements

    Qualifications:  

    • High School diploma or equivalent required with at least two years of accounting or applicable experience required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Experience with accounting principles.
    • Must have computer knowledge and familiar with Microsoft Office products.
    • Knowledge of automated accounting system and procedures. Knowledge of JD Edwards’s programs preferred.
    • Knowledge of good workflow principles.
    • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the English language to communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
