Primary responsibility is to provide day to day gate-keeper assistance to all company employees requesting assistance from the IT Service Desk, but focused on the staff and systems located at the Moberly Business Support Campus facility. To provide first and second tier help desk support for user problems relating to basic hardware and software issues, with an emphasis on our drivers in the field using our Fuel Delivery system used in our trucks. Redistribute specialized or advanced requests to appropriate service desks or network operations team members as needed. Provide a repeatable and dependable process for all users to follow in establishing a service support request. This position specifically covers Tuesday through Saturday and is located at the Moberly Business Support campus in Moberly, MO.
